RIP Harry Thank you so much for your service on 9/11 Retired Trooper recalls dedicated canine 'partner' But their long friendship on and off the job ended last Wednesday when Harry died of cancer at a Southtowns animal hospital.

Harry was the last surviving State Police dog to work at the site of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attack in New York City, where he assisted cadaver dogs in seeking the remains of victims.
